(SRC) is a steadily growing company in Columbia City, Indiana.
Our amazing team is looking to train a State Registration Specialist I.
Opening is available for full-time (8 am - 5 pm, daily) employment.
Candidates local to northern Indiana are preferred for the role, but remote options are available.
This position interacts with clients and state regulators daily, primarily via e-mail or phone.
The team member will ensure clients' products (Product Types:
Antimicrobials, Pesticides, Devices), are legally registered in every state.
Job duties include submitting initial and renewal registrations, overseeing project financials, and completing label reviews to ensure compliance.
Overnight travel may be required 1-2 times annually.
Technical aspects of the job will be trained, but minimum skill requirements are:
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Superior verbal and written communication skills Perform in situations requiring attention to detail, speed, organization, deadline management, and efficiency Driven self-starter, positive attitude, and proactive approach to work Intermediate computer skills, including Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work at computer much of the work day Anticipate client needs Enjoy learning! A science background is not required; we are open to applicants with degrees and/or experience in, but not limited to:
Business (administration, accounting, financial, organizational leadership/supervision, communications, business or technical writing) Legal or Government (paralegal, regulatory affairs, registrations, regulations) Science (life sciences, chemistry, biology, toxicology, mathematics, healthcare, nursing, agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, entomology, laboratory technicians) Manufacturing (chemicals, pesticides) Quality Assurance (GLP, GMP, ISO, LEAN) Get to know us!
