Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with kids and young adults that have been diagnosed with autism while using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans unique to the needs of each child.
Track and document progress for each child as you implement individual therapy programs.
Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
Create positive relationships with clients, client families, staff and the community.
Be energetic, creative, laugh and have fun while making an impact.
Be values aligned.
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
HS Diploma, bachelor's preferred.
Ability to participate in indoor/outdoor activities.
Ability to perform gross motor activities with clients (i.
e.
, running, jumping, skipping, holding, etc.
Ability to quickly transfer from kneeling to standing.
Ability to transition from sitting at floor level to standing and moving easily.
Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds.
Ability to undergo a background check, physical and drug test.
