Geoffrey Glogas, is looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Business Assistant.
The Dental Business Assistant will be responsible for all front office responsibilities including answering phones, preparing morning huddles, validating and filing of insurance, scheduling, receiving and distributing office mail, posting patient and insurance payments, maintaining account receivables, creating end of day and month reports, balancing deposits, and other duties.
It would be helpful for an individual to have some dental assisting experience and be willing to help chairside at times.
Our goal as a practice is to provide quality, caring, experienced dentistry while providing excellent customer service to all of our patients.
We are a family owned dental office and put our patients 1st! Dental office experience is necessary.
